I know these are not to everybody's taste but I do like to see the flowers and the changing colour of the leaves. The bird feeders are nearby and a Great Tit takes cover in the shrub when darting in and out to the feeders.

Looks attractive with the flowers, Shirley. They are so vibrant at the moment aren't they, the fiery red. I love to see them lollipopped, clipped and neat.
