Thanks Bernie ... I try to have a fair amount of yellow in the garden and pots as it's the colour my husband sees clearer than others as he's colour blind.

Shirley, yellow in the garden is a real favourite of mine and it's interesting to hear that your husband can see it clearest as a colour blind person.

Bernie, show him a field of red Poppies and he just sees the shape of the flower in a darker shade of green. Any red berries on shrubs, for example Holly, he just about sees if really close up. I often wonder how he made it as a football referee!!

Thanks Kate, I can hardly believe it's nearly 5 years since Mum passed away. I have a pot of her Mums too ... :o))

Shirley, yes they do. I have a pink one in full bloom & the fibrous rooted ones also. Yours looks nice in that pale blue pot.
