My neighbor has some that are 4 ft tall in her front yard. I’ve seen some here over 6 ft tall, I bet they’re over 15 years old.

That's a new 6' fence. It's never been top pruned by me or frost. I have pruned the right side to get around it. Before the fence was a hedge.
