Yes David, they are a very good fruit for Diabetics and I also buy them regularly.
I just saw this plant in a garden centre and thought I would try growing my own!
I have been told to net the fruits before the birds eat them ... :o)

For a couple of months now I've been buying them in the supermarket every Saturday & eating them a couple of times a day!
