Mr. Hare came by to munch some lunch. Now he's on MY list!!

I used to take a plastic bag and snap it in their general direction while chasing them. Sometimes that would make them take off like a shot most times they lopped a few steps and "hid". I finally figured out that when I wasn't there to see them, they munched pretty much as they pleased anyway so I was wasting my time chasing them.

That's very wise of you, Gardengnome! I plant for the rabbits/hares too. there always seems enough to go around because they come back every day. What do your dogs think of it? Mandy likes to roust the rabbits in the garden but is completely befuddled by the rabbit that is living in her house~ that Mom won't let her chase!

Lori, the rabbits that come to visit are in the front area of my house; my dogs are in back. What would cause Hendrix to react is if the rabbits would infringe on what he feels is his territory - then they had better run!!

Gardengnome, how do you deal with the munching rabbits down your end?
