Great Find

I know that this photo is off the gardening subject but I am very excited about this find. My house was built in 1922 and since moving into the house we have always hoped to find something that dates way back. We are in the process of painting our concrete basement walls and floor and this morning I fould this licence plate in a space between the top of a wall and the main floor of the house. This is a wonderful find and what I find amazing is that our house number is 161 which is the first three numbers on the plate.

Great find and so apt Mike this a car registration plate? dont think they made cars when our place was built so if you see a horse with 1622 stamped on his butt let me know!
