We have two of these and they've been very successful this year. We haven't, luckily, relied on bizzie lizzies because the ones we have are now quite slimy.

how do you construct the basket?

It's a three-tiered basket - each basket fits to the next one with a central pole. The baskets are filled as you would do any hanging basket - layers are built up with moss and plants.
