Hi Michael think it a large Swallowtail .Think either Flcrazy or Tasteyg have a stunning photo of one - if not done so check their sites as truly stunning pics.

Pretty sure it's a swallowtail. Flcrazy is the one with the gorgeous photo of one or more, not sure. They don't land for me...just flutterbye teasing me!

Yes it's a swallowtail. We get them in our garden too.
