Not really sure now as all the plants have gone down for the winter and only the tubers are left at the moment.
This is a picture of Can-Can which can be quite a tall variety, so i would guess possibly getting on for three foot high.

whoops, that's meant to say getting in for two foot high.
I believe there are some double tuberous varieties that get to three foot high, but i don't think many do. Two foot is quite a tall plant, in my opinion.
