Baby Mourning Dove

Has it been deserted , !!

I don't know, he's been there for a couple of days now, even through some of the remnants of hurricane Ike last night. I put some millet out there in case he wanted it, but I don't really want to interfere because usually in cases like this the mother is still nearby. Must admit though, every time I walk by I ask him how he's doing!

Good news! Saw his mother come to feed him today!
