rofl well in the summer it did have a purple ish plant in but i think its died now. it just looks a bit messy now, any suggestions on a plant that i can replace it with that looks nice in the winter?

I've put remarks on two of Michaella's recent photos of stone window boxes.
These are very pretty, showing a heather and a variegated ivy.
These would work well for your shoe.
Make sure you use the right compost for the heather.
