Dogwood leaves turning purple.

I love the dogwood in Autumn wnen it's leaves turn this lovely plummy purplish colour. A few are turning and the rest are still bright green.

Our dogwood is a groundcover. One of my favorite fall colors as well.

I like dogwood in all seasons. Another thing I like is that when I cut it back in March the prunings root very easily.
