This is Cosmos Jacque. Looking at it closer, maybe it a different variety of cosmos. Normally cosmos has flat petals, but these are tubular... I got it. Looked it up online: Cosmos Seashells (Cosmos bipinnatus)

tubular cosmos..I find that these get eaten up more, maybe because the the f***ers can hide better in there!
