The first clue that they haven't had much of a workout, the tag hanging off the side is in pristine condition....Is this what a "wellie" is? I have heard the term throughout the site but didn't have a clue what it meant....I like the pattern and colors....I don't even own a pair.....would never have a need here...

Newfienurse- I like them, very psychedelic ;-)
Not sure exactly what Ams means here by 'graph' , work, I guess. Like Skippy says, we can tell they're new from the tag. I guess that I have wellies, but but mine are no fun like the ones from the UK, or yours Newfienurse. Mine are plain black and I bought them to go tidepooling. (That's looking at small sealife in the shallow waters on the rocks of the seashore, for anyone who doesn't know what that was.) The weather isn't as wet here (that's an understatment). So I guess I'm not as passionate for the wellies as others who may live in them, from all the rain. I do love all the funky new designs they have for them now.

Ah, multicoloured Wellies.
These have gone straight to my favourite photo page of GoY footwear.

Anyone with wellies, is very welcome to join our GoY Wellie Olympic team.
It's all on my blog - but maybe sit down with a cup of tea or a stiff drink to read it all. Lol

Newfienurse, despite my busy preparations for the dog show, I had to stop and comment on this lovely picture of your Mini Newfie. A rare breed indeed.

Those boots definitely qualify you for the Wellie Olympics. Please just go across to the blog and volunteer for your chosen sport. Tasteyg and Skippy likewise ! :o)

Chummy and Wellies are both so good-looking, love them!
If your wellies had been in shades of pink my daughter would have turned green with envy ..... and headed straight for Newfie( all that snow, special wellies and Chummy too would have gone to her head. She is nearly as batty as her Mum).

Actually...They had all colors of blue/purple, like mine, red/pink in a sililar design plus a greeny blue one too I think! Shhhhh-if you're not willing to let her visit, yet :P

Reading through the comments. I think Ams has left off the 't' on grapht although I would have spelt it graft. Hard graft means hard work. The question is does Newfienurse wear boot sox with them? I await a reply.

Watch it, Matthew 123.
Anyone showing interest in Wellies gets grabbed by me for the GoY Wellie Olympics team. :o)
