My chimney pots blooming again after cutting back early summer but were planted for me so I don't know what the plants are - Help?!

Iv these 2 Gwenda i love them ,Their very easy 2 split in2 small sections 2make new Plants with any time now so ul have more Plants nex yr :)

They're a type of Campanula, Gwenda very pretty, I have some tall ones called Chimney Bellflower, but yours looks to be the smaller type.
