It's actually a scarf folded up, I would wear my 'elf ' hat that's on top of the boots.

In fact an alert has been issued, because TWO teams are now intent on triumphing over the GoY Wellie Olympians ~ the FlowerPot People and the Fancy Dress Gnomes.
Reason to believe some of these have been training in your garden.
Please keep an eye out.
In the meantime, would be nice to see another photo where you're wearing all this kit while drinking a Guinness. :o)
