the vet said she is about 10 years old and in quite good health. my neighbours called her dilly :-)

The dictionary definition of 'dilly':
Something remarkable of its kind.

That's the perfect name for this cute little dog. :o)

I doubt someone kept a dog for 10 years, kept it in good health and trained it, and then ditched it......

thats what we thought but where she was found i doubt she walked their. my neighbour walks her for about 50 metres and she stops and wants to be picked up. i hope she hasnt been ditched, she told the police and cat and dog shelter but nobodys come forward yet.

Funny you should ask. Nightmare yesterday with more plumbing leaks. Bathroom and kitchen this time.
My dogs enjoyed the bit where I was repeatedly sprawled out on the kitchen floor, trying to reach the leaky stopcock ,way under the sink unit. Welsh Terrier thought it would help if he sat on me each time. :o)
Pyjama Man from next-door-but-one came to the rescue once again.
I 'paid' him by weeding his front garden ...
...and helping his son with homework!

are you leak free now tt? what a horrible start to the week youve had i hope it gets better for you :-) and what a much nicer way to pay

Lyd : You must be intuitive. Thanks for asking.
Have you got some 6th sense or mind-reading powers?
Yesterday evening my bathroom loo started leaking AGAIN.
I blame the FlowerPot People.
Kitchen stopcock okay.
Wet wallpaper I can cope with.
But if the water goes on my dogs' prize rosettes, they will be very unhappy!
I must go in search of Pyjama Man .....
