Aristocratic Ace.

It seems cats tend to do that...he is so distinguished looking in this photo. Did he choose you?

Ace's feral mother had her 4 kittens in our garden shed, because I kept checking on the kittens the mother started to remove them. In a moment of madness or inspiration we decided to take in 2 of the kittens and keep them. The mother kept looking for the 2 we kept, it was heart breaking but we were justified in the end as someone had the other 2 kittens and mother taken away by the RSPCA and most probably destroyed. Ace and his sister Tish both lived to 14 with us and much enriched our lives.

It seems all of you were blessed then.

very happy and very sad tale. My cat George did the very same thing hid himself behind bushes in neighbours garden, it seems the natural thing to do in the animal kingdom.

True Pansy, I spent several days looking for him and calling his name. Just something I had to do.

Great feline photo. Sorry he's no longer with you. Sounds like he had a long happy life though :)

Lovely photo and a great cat.Sorry that you never found him.I would be distraught if either of our two went missing and we never new what happened to them.Yours had a wonderful life with you and you have many happy memories of his sharing his life with you and Thank You for sharing his story with us..
