Please can someone identify this plant? It is a large evergreen plant and has appeared from nowhere! It flowers in October/November. The flowers are yellow and look a bit like an iris - about 4 flowers per stem.

Is it a type of lily? Difficult to see the flower.

I think this is like one I have only mine flowered in May. Yes, a type of Iris but I wasn't keen on the colour, cream, brown and mauve, the leaves aren't stiff like an iris though, I dug it up, but have found another one growing.
