Thanks ladies ! Youngdaisy that is an Abelmoschus Manihot, it's a reseeding annual for me. Can become a bit on the weedy side if you let all the seeds drop, but it's easy to pull out the ones you don't want. I love it's bright center markings and large deeply cut, tropical looking leaves, (that you can't see in this pic).

Thanks Lori and Catfinch, the red bloom in the background is an annual variegated red salvia plant. It does look just like red berries in this picture.
