The Botanical Building is located about in the center of Balboa Park...all around are the major museums for the City of San Diego, CA.

Balboa Park is considered "The Jewel of San Diego". The San Diego Zoo is located literally just behind the Botanical Building. It is wonderful!

Actually, this botanical building which is not completely shown in this picture...has the traditional Victorian-Style Conservatory shape. It resembles the conservatory in Golden Gate Park in San Francisco which is a heated glass-house which was build in the Victorian era in 1878.
