I live in south Brazil, and about 5 miles from the strawberries official city.... Feliz!!!, but never tasted such good tasty strawberries here..
Do you think it might be due to the soil composition??

hum I see.
In Brazil I was used to have lots of fruits everyday, as tradicional food, but strawberries werent very popular, maybe because they are expensive in Minas Gerais, in UK thought they taste very sweet! Maybe is soil and proper weather to grow them...
