These palms are sold by the millions everywhere in California. They grow fast and need a lots of water and need high fertilization.

You can use any fertilizer on this palm. The more the better...in the ground.
It is sold widely as a house plant but doesn't grow well as a house plant though...usually dying within a couple of years.
