The variety Begonia Fairylight which is a white picotee sported some 4 years ago in my greenhouse and the sport is now named Blush

It is pictured with a protective disc behind the flower.
This is to protect the bloom from damage by the serated leaves

Thanks for the extra explanation which makes the photo more interesting.
Are the leaves different to other begonias, so more likely to damage the blooms?

It is so perfect it almost doesn't look real...beautiful color

All tuberous begonias have serrated leaves which if ruffled by a breeze would mark the tender petals of the blooms.
