This is a beautiful fast growing strong and hardy Coral Tree. It is briefly deciduous and blooms in Fall, Winter, and Spring and sometimes into summer. It is very drought-tolerant and in mild climate will become a fairly large tree. This is one of the few Erythrina that has strong branches that don't break in the wind. It also doesn't any thorns.
