No this is at San Diego State University, which is located a mile from my house.

I should consider myself lucky because we have many flowering trees, shrubs and plants all year here. The impatiens in this photo are probably 3 or 4 years old...that how long mine live until eventually the bugs eat the semi-woody stems.
