Their first flight from their nest on the garden rake in the workshop, to our bedroom window sill, after developing this photograph I see the need for Spring Cleaning!

Swallows, I tried to send a movy of the mother bird feeding them but it did not work. I watched the perfomence for about 10 minutes standing in the bedroom about 2 ft. from them fascinating.

Wonderful. I can never tell the difference between swifts and swallows. We had a magical few minutes a few months ago standing in the garden (Henry too!) with more than a dozen Swifts wheeling and darting around us at our level. I tried to take a video with my camera, it shows them but they were flying so fast!
