Flowering Potato Tree

This is a picture I took of a cool flowering tree. I'm have never seen one of these before I ran across this one. It is apparently a "potato tree" Solanum macranthum

Thanks! This pic is one of my older pics, (maybe two years ago). I think that the tree is no longer there, which would make sense if they don't live very long. Sad, but they are very pretty plants.

This is a very beautiful flowering tree...it grow extremely fast and doesn't live very long maybe 7 to 10 years. However, the Patato Tree (Solanum macranthum) is very easy to propagate from cuttings.
