Wax Jambu is a beautiful little tree...it has become very popular in recent years. It was thought for many years it could not be grown here because of being so ultra-tropical. However, I know of some pretty large trees around and I get bags of fruit from a friend every year. The fruit is very juicy and sweet, delicious!
This plant is native to ultra-tropical Malaysia.
This plant needs to be hosed off because of the spider-webs.

We have a lot of spiders in our area. They can create many webs on trees and plants...I usually just hose the plants off...it generally gets rid of most of the spider-webs.
