these are Fuchsias i am training for next years show, they will be kept in the green for the winter, and not allowed to flower until its time to show i have high hopes for these.

Hi Arlene, yes the greenhouse will be kept at between 5&7 or 8 deg. just enough to keep them in green leaf, that will give them an early start next season.

Just thought, even though i live in devon, not too far away i have never been to any of the places mentioned in your Homepage, how sad is that.

~ yes I heat as well but only have an 6x8 which is packed usually with all the exotics I try to grow-this year will be challenging to say the least!
As soon as I am over this flue I need to get everything sorted!
If you have not been to Trevena or Burncoose or the Duchy of Cornwall you need to go-check out their sites especially the Duchy Fuchsias! That is just up the road from The Eden centre so you can do that in one trip. I wish i could get there more often!
