Hylocereus undatus - Dragon Fruit

Dragon fruit is widely grown here. It grow up into trees and on walls and gets pretty large over 30 feet long. The fruit is suppose to have a lot of healing properties and is high in anti-oxidants.

I'm not sure what variety this is...but the common variety is usually a bright red fruit.
This plant is in the Cactus (Cataceae) family.

They have a very large flower...you may have to google a flower pic on the internet...they are not flowering now. I believe they bloom at night also.
