Hi ! Thanks...! this is the leaf of a mullein...this is what happens when the dew point is near the freezing mark! this first moist frost doesn't kill...it seems to induce dormancy and protects the plant from serious damage by heat of fusion...this mullein leaf looked like the leaf hairs were studded with diamonds...
