Not a very good picture of a Snow Bush Plant. This plant is native to the Tropical South Sea Islands.

Skippy, this plant is not deciduous...it is a very tropical plant native to the Tropical South Pacific Islands.
Catfinch, it is a pretty tough plant, however, will not tolerate cold temperatures.
