This is my breath in the air - it was sooo cold!

No, I came home first and took these, then had to race down to the supermarket to get lunch for the film crew. By then my husband had got his camera and taken some photos but when I returned he was looking very upset because of the devastation he'd just witnessed. I've been trying to cheer him up - some of the acer leaves will have survived and we were going to remove the begonias tomorrow, anyway.
Its now nearly 11pm and my husband has gone out to take photos again. His mood has lightened and he is searching out good views now. We will laugh about it in the end, but it was very serious a couple of hours ago!

You're being very brave.
The snow might yet prove useful
making an unusual and interesting story.
I realise you are FourSeasons, but do you have to take it quite so LITERALLY?
Your garden has experienced all four seasons in just one week. ..... :o)

Oh, I am hoping that things turn out ok but after seeing all the work you put into everything...well....at least your breath made a pretty pattern in this picture...how much snow is that....

It's unbelievable for October !
I'm glad we don't have it here.
I hope the filming goes well in spite of it all.

Blue skies in East Anglia this morning, so hopefully sunshine also in the West Midlands for FourSeasons, melting all the snow. :o)

Can't tell whether the noise is the melting ice or the frozen leaves falling!
