Variegated Hawaiian Elf Schefflera...a common variety here in California, sold at every nursery or garden and home improvement center.

My Big Dave loved Schefflera...there was one in with the monstera for a while but something happened to it...not sure what.

Terratoonie, I was up on the walk-way to the new bus tour structure...looking down.
Catfinch, Schefflera species have a huge aggressive root system...if in a pot they may not get enough water or have enough room for their huge root system. This can cause them to decline.

I bet that is what happened to them..and you know that big Monstera...was putting down its anchor roots and having a free for all in all the other pots that were under it..I ended up moving them all out and into their own spaces.......
