Usually a small shrub with very bright red flowers. It also doesn't flower very profusely.

We call this the 'snowflake' hibiscus here in Oz.

Bernieh.

It's proper variety name could be 'snowflake'.

The red flower looks lovely against those varigated leaves

I have this Dee and it is travelling upwards over my head and it flowers well too. Different climates different temperaments. Actually I have only two varieties, this one and the snow queen and both I planted for the leaves and not for the flowers. Wish the pumbago will thrive like they do.
