This is a Kalanchoe blossfeldiana hybrid...this plant is so widely grown it is unbelivable...I have the pink variety growing in my yard, which is blooming now. They bloom in Spring and Fall here in San Diego.
There's so many color hybirds available...I've seen white, red, yellow, salmon, pink, purple, orange, and even two-toned color combinations.
The original species is native to Madagascar.
