A palm native to Norfolk Island. It is where the Norfolk Island Pine is native to also. This palm is in my front yard. This pic was taken 3 days ago.

Terratoonie,
I pull all the weedy lantana out as they pop up in the yard. The plant with the red bracts in the background is Brazilian Red Cloak (Megaskepasma erythroclamys). I will post photos of this plant soon.
Catfinch, Nikau Palms will grow over 30 feet tall. There are many large trees in Palm Canyon in Balboa Park.
