Curly Grass

Curly Grass

I planted one of these about 5 year ago and I keep getting mini versions self seeding. They are really sweet and great in flower arrangements. What makes them curly, really curly or straight...I guess we'll never know.

Hi Sal1914. I have got one of these, they like it wet. but they do self seed, they keep popping up in my block paving. I bought it from a garden centre it was among the plants for edges of ponds. Don't know its name. its lovely.

"Juncus effusus" or soft rush - I just found that out from a comment of Spritzhenry's on here.
Mine's still doing amazingly well. I'll plant it out soon. : ))
