Is that White Egg Shaped Thing the Spiders a Egg Nest Panther? :)

I think it's the spider's abdomen Jacque, I am afraid of spider's to have studied it too closely:-)

Thanks Tasteyq, well I say friendly because it doesn't bite...but still EEEEK!!! I can't stand them at all!! :-) Yes large abdomen too but you could be right Jacque it just may be carrying eggs.
