This is really charming. Love Christmas lights - specially the all white ones. We have a village near us whose lights are completely white - people come from miles around to visit. Don't drive in the dark now - in fact I don't drive at all if I can avoid it so can't post photographs - shame!

They are switching the ones on at Burnham market on Sat. have you seen those , They are really pretty Amanda Holden is switching them on ., with some of her star friends , I have a sneaky feeling that Steven Fry will be there later as he is doing a book signing in Norwich and BM is one of his favourite places .
Holt is very pretty as well .........:)

I put my Christmas tree up yesterday & the outside lights are now in their first day of being up. I am quite pathetic when it comes to this time of the year, I get very excited, but also a little sad.

Whoever put those up had taste and a good sense of compostion. I have not done much night shooting. That is a great photo Trish. Perhaps you can explain how it was taken?

fraid all i did was aim the camera and clicked the shutter Skyline, just luck that it came out so good

Super shot. I'm hoping to take some of lights in Budapest soon. Will post if they come out well.
