First flower (it shouldn't be blooming until February/March). Touched by last night's frost

Frost tends to spoil the flowers - you can see from the brown area at the top of this one. Rapd thawing causes more problems than a gradual defrosting so the advice is not to plant them them where early morning sun will strike. This flower was on the north side of the bush
