I can see what I think is an Arum, but what's the other one? Great leaves. Lovely shapes, Panther.

The other purplish leafy plant is called an Oyster Plant or Boat Lily. It grows all year round and is pretty when used as borders. Thank you both TT and Spritzhenry.

The green long-leaf plant is Rhoeo spathacea - Moses-in-the-cradle plant...it grows well and easy as a ground cover in tropical and subtropical climates...or as a potted plant indoors in the colder climates of the World.
This plant has nice little flower on the sides of the plant that resemble a boat with flowers...hence, the common names above. The variegated purple/pink/yellow are very common.
