This is definitely a warbler Tastey. You can tell by the narrow little beak.
I think it is a Yellow Rumped Warbler.

And Gilli would be the winner. Yellow Rumped Warbler, very common in my area but probably not so much in yours. They love Wax Myrtle bushes!
