This Cycad looks like Cycas circinalis - Queen sago. It's one of the most popular and expensive cycads around. It is much faster growing and more tropical than Cycas revoluta - Sago Palm

I think you are right Delonix. I think that is what it is. It was in the Bok Tower Gardens.
