White winter flowering plant

This is the whole plant. Quite small and doesn't need a lot of pruning - I just cut back stray branches that grow across the gateway. It doesn't seem to mind the heavy clay soil and moisture in winter and being baked hard in summer.

there is a winter flowering Honeysuckle , creamy flowers in January L.fragrantis-sima , could be the one Gee !
