What is the creamy flower in the centre, please ?

That's an Osteospermum in the middle, Bizzy Lizzy round the outside and a bit of Lobelia thrown in for good measure. The Osteo opens up and smiles at you in the sunlight, they're quite tough too, I've still got one in the garden now after all the freezing weather we've had it's still alive!
