ooooooo...ooooooh..I love these...gorgeous..Panther...I have not seen this sort of a bloom before...so pretty! Do they have a scent?

Yes they do Catfinch, a sweet and mild scent.

Very beautiful Allamanda! I think I like this species even better than the yellow species. This is one of the plants I've been very tempted to buy over the years...however, I've just kept self control and enjoy the ones I see in other people's gardens. : > )

Yes, I've seen the reddish-maroon-colored and the purple hybrid also...they are very beautiful -- tempting to buy...however, I control myself for now. LOL

The new named hybrids are expensive here...I'll have to find someone who's growing one and get a cutting...as they are so easy to grow from cuttings.

Yes Delonix a cutting would be better rather than paying for something expensive. I think this reddish maroon one is the prettiest out of the lot too. Now I am urged to also go ask for a cutting:-)
