in case anyone dares to ask, no it is not a wig, or a hairpiece, my daughters
are always on to me to get my hair cut, but it,s too damn cold yet.
I dont prune any plant untill the spring, so why should I cut my hair, it keeps my head warm. Just got hold of some seed spuds, great, now I am almost ready to start, just got rid of the cold snap but we are in for torrential rain in the next couple of days.
You know all this talk about global warming, are these guys on another planet, because the way I see it, we got through the ICE AGE yeah!, no I am not moaning again, just passing a comment.

Hello Boydie :o)
Yes, we had torrential rain today. It finally got sunny by about 3 pm.
I have some winter plants in flower, such as Clematis and Garrya ( both on my recent photos ) and they tenaciously held on to their flowers and tassels throughout the heavy downpour !

In the rain, the Collared Doves carried on building their nest at the end of my garden in the pergola. Someone needs to tell them that spring isn't quite here yet !

All that money saved on haircuts you can spend on extras for the garden. :o)

Nice to see you Boydie.....My other half is bald on top with about 2 inches hanging around the edges...Im not aloud to touch it til spring as he works on building sites and it keeps his neck warm, so your not the only one with long hair.......

Nice to see you Boydie. Lovely hair. :o)
My other half has a nice bald spot on top and the rest right now looks like a mini-afro. He is getting his head shaved on Monday as part of a scheme to raise money for the Cancer Clinic here. After it's shaved I'm going to get the furniture polish out and give him a good shine...LOL
