Yes it is! I was so excited when I found it on sale a couple of years ago, matches my good china and I love all the flowers! This is a vinyl one so great for the kitchen.

I'm glad I can see a coffee mug. It's nice to have a break.

Problem comes when you dip the paintbrush into the coffee instead of the paint water!
